Water, water & water. Good fats, lean protein and lots of veggies & fruit. You can eat whatever you want as long as you work it into your calorie intake. Good luck, your body will adjust, you will be surprised!

Start tracking your sodium. I consumed a large quantity the other day. Weighed myself the next morning and I was up 2lbs. Weighed myself this morning and now I'm down 2 lbs. Don't give up! Even if you have a not so good day, you can always get back on track the next. Good luck!

Lettuce wraps. Sautee ground beef with minced garlic, onions & shredded carrots. Season with garlic salt & pepper. Add a couple of teaspoons of low sodium soy sauce. Get a head of Boston lettuce, rinse off a few leafs. Add about half of cup of the ground beef mixture. I squeezed lemon on mine before wrapping up and eating.…
