  • thanks foryour reply, I do do 12 hour shifts... so it makes it difficult. I agree, If I havent completed a total nights sleep, I will put item eaten on previous day....
  • thanks for your reply, peanut butter sounds good...I think I will put the midnight snack on the day before, so Im mindful about how I snack, knowing my calories may have been at 1200 for the day...
  • They are amazing, when choosing make sure its firm but soft, not mushy.. slice lengthwise, take out pit, salt, pepper , scoop and eat... I like Cayenne pepper and sea salt... yummy..

  • Im new, and over 50... just started MFP, and not sure where to post this question, so forgive me in advance... I had yogurt at 2am last night... where do i log it, day before or next day???
