The best thing I did yesterday was stay on track by completing all my goals for the day. My goal for the week is to do anyway with Excuses and completed level 2 of Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels. I didnt do it everyday...she recommends that you take at least one day off. I think I completed it in 33-35days the first time I did it and it was my only workout at the time and it yield great results.
