I was kind of confused because your calorie goal was different each day. I dont think it should fluctuate so much. The one thing i could suggest is to cut back on the snacks and check what your caloriegoal should be.

You could always cut the acoen squash,sweet potatoes and carrots into cubes, toss with olive oil ane roast them in the oven.
