a recumbant bike is a bicycle that you use whilst in a more relaxed position , ( a bit like a pedalo boat) .. puts less stress on all those achey joints i think , whilst still burning quite an impressive amount of calories :) good luck !

depends how unfit you are .... as a rule of thumb , i tend to only log things that me me sweat or out of breath ... or both ! else i kind of feel like i am cheating myself

zumba is a very social exercise .. so i would recomend doing a class with a friend if poss , if not a class solo is a close second , with the option of a home dvd as a last resort .... but no way its gonna match up on the fun scale when yr on yr own ! find a class , and go for it !

i love zumba ... its dead easy , and to be honest , it isnt about getting the moves right .. its about working up a sweat without feeling like yr doing a boring exercise class.. which in my opinion it does brilliantly ... i average about 500 calories in an hour class , including warm up n cool down .. and have def changed…

depends how hard you work , and how much you weigh .. i can tell you i weigh 150 lbs , and sweat like a pig , .. on average i burn about 460 in an hour session , that includes a 5 min warm up , 5 min cool down . if you create yr own exercise you can log it in as zumba , or if not i used to put hi impact aerobics .. gives…

i used to put aerobic hi impact , which gave me the best calorie rate .. i wore a hrm to my class fo ra few weeks , and now just log an average.. have made my own exercise up called it zumba ( genius) and have allowed myself 469 cals .. ( i am 39 , and weigh 150 lbs ish) hope that helps

are you trying to eat the right kind of slow burning foods to keep u full for longer???? carbs tend to give u short sharp bursts of fuel . but burn out quickly , making u hungry again .. try things like porridge that release energy slowly

i would love to have more for brekkie , but dont have the spare cals . as i like to save at least half my daily intake for evening meal so i can eat same as family and all sit down together ... its a compromise :) .... they do say its better to have yr calories earlier in the day in an ideal world .
