i would log anything that makes me sweat and accelerates my heart for a prolonged period of time ... you do the maths :)

i tend to enter separatley if i know the amounts of each item added .

if u want to tone rather than gain muscle you need to be doing more reps at a lighter weight , rather than more weight less reps .. as a guide . if i want to gain muscle i would only be doing about 3 sets of 5 reps max ..at whatever weight i could just about manage ( last set would be agony). to tone i would look to do…

i agree , ... only weigh in weekly at the v most .. i know its tempting , as i myself am worlds worst for daily weigh ins .. u just set yrself up for disapointment .. try to find a day of the week and stick to it . :) (im also stuck at a weight too )

ok ... know exactly where yr coming from , coz i am also asthmatic ... (bear this in mind .. some olympic aqthletes are too .. so it isnt a reason not to do it . ) if yr like me .. i tend to use my asthma as an excuse to stop .. but actually if u push thru u can do it ... i also struggle with a lot of what i call "jumpy"…

do a search for "low GI foods" . low gi foods burn slower in yr system , so therefore keep yr hunger at bay for longer :) .. things like porridge but im sure if u put in a search it will come up with loads more good luck .

it gives u a daily quota in yr food diary .. if u go over it they turn red.. so try and keep it green !.. ( i prefer to overdo the protein , than the carbs)

if it was me i think i would make sure i had eaten something healthy before i go out to take the edge off hunger , then yr less inclined to go mad ... chinese buffett is always gonna be a tricky one .. go for the watery sauces rather than the sticky sweet ones .. avoid satay !! and drink lots of water try to enjoy , and…

the 1200 is pre exercise ..as soon as u log in exercise done , it gives you more calories..and expects you to use them !. hope that helps :)
