  • I am a Project Manager in Learning and Development (HR dept) for a fitness company. It coordinate and track training for employees regarding orientation, sales training, workplace harrasment, etc.

  • You might want to start with just going out and walking for 30 minutes a day. It will start making you feel better both physically and emotionally. Maybe you dh will watch the kids so that you can get a few minutes of quiet time or get a girlfriend to walk with you for girl chat time while you walk.

  • I spead out my meals and have smaller ones or a piece of fruit and then get busy doing something else when I think I am having a craving. Also a big glass of water helps too. Many people mistake thirst for hunger.

  • Apiece of fruit - usually an orange or an apple. Sometimes I add a tBL of peanut butter to the apple or sprinkle it with cinnamon.
  • Turkey, swiss, mustard, lettuce, tomato on wheta bread. Big glass of water and an orange.
  • I have one. If you use it right, you will definitely feel it working on your core muscles. If you are not using it right it is easy and you won't get much benefit out of it. Start out slow or you will be sore.

  • 6) How you feel is MUCH more important then how much weight you lost/gained. I haven't lost much weight but this is a key factor for me in eating healthier right now - the weight loss will come in time. Thanks for the great thoughts!

  • A cruise to Alaska in late july/early August - hopefully will get to dome some hiking and horseback riding. Of course - attend some baseball games. Maybe some weekend local trips - would like to see the giant redwoods again, Yosemite - and not sure what else yet??
