Session10(I think! ) fine this morn. Feeling good. Its amazing how quickly you can go backwards if you miss one it two sessions. Still on the 10 min solution ones finding them a nice change from Marie Windsor.... found a couple if other workouts too so will give then a try along the way.

Me too! ! I love sweet foods, eat when i'm bored, stressed or any other reason lol. I can't cut them out completely but have learnt to cut down and i'm finding i'm not craving them as much.

you might have been building up muscle along with slimming down.. muscle weighs more than fat so the real results are in the physical results not the number on the scale :)

Well session 8 done. This one was a more advanced workout and boy did I feel it! Didn't quite have the same straight legs add last time but will get there once I've done it a couple more times hopefully!

My goal for this year is to lead a more balanced, healthy lifestyle. For me clean eating is not realistic as i love my "bad" foods so for me i am concentrating on adding more whole foods and healthier foods and cutting down on the unhealthy foods. I often find that i'm just not hungry either. I TRY to eat more but end up just feeling too full by the end of the day. Gunna try eating smaller more regular meals tho and see how that works. Its wired how eating more makes you lose more!

I completed session 7 yesterday and also noticed that i'm getting stronger and more flexible. I could keep my legs straight too! Tomorrow i'm trying a new DVD. Been doing the Windsor circle one each session so time for a mix up
