I know it's tough. I gave up calorie counting and went back to drinking and eating what I want with no exercise a few months ago after my frustration but now I'm back at it. That was the sickest thing I've watched all day! 24,000 calories in that 3 liter container he drank in few minutes. Yuck. I don't think I'll be trying this. lol

Sometimes I go almost a week without going. The doctors tell me that's normal?! Everyone's body is different. I eat a ton of fiber and drink almost double the amount of water most people do. Occasionally, I resort to pills or power aids to help. Greasy foods, like McDonalds (naughty) usually does the trick too. Good luck!
