April 27th 3 miles April 28th 6 miles Miles to date: 50 miles, short of my goal by goal by 10. Going to run 10 miles today. :) Awesome group, very motivating!!! Going to keep my mileage goal at 60 miles for May.

We have Steel Cut Oats for breakfast almost everyday. So I make a big pot once a week. Only takes a couple of minutes to heat in microwave. So easy and good. :)

I hit my calorie goal 5 of the two days. I hit the ten glasses of water three days. I am going to try the water challenge again. I burned 2100 calories in Cardio this week. So looking forward to next challenge. :)

Love the ideas. Definitely going to try the omelette wrap and the protein pancakes. Thanks Ladies. I have to bring all my food to work usually five to six meals. I work on trains and usually 12 hour shifts... So I am always looking for new better alternatives.
