Thank you so much, and don't get depressed. Everyones body's change differently and it's a slow process, before you know it you will see your own change. It took me until about 40lbs to really see a difference in myself, because of how we look at ourselves we are the hardest judges on our own reflections.

Thanks so much, I'm pretty tall so I've heard that alot but yeah starting was 205lbs. I had problems with my knees and I physically felt like crap all the time. While losing weight I also quit smoking, going on 4 months

My food diary is open to friends if you want to request me, I basically stopped eating white breads/pastas only whole grains stopped drinking soda except on occasion I'll sneak a redbull or a pumpkin spice latte my guilty pleasures. I quit while I was already losing weight with mfp, so I didn't gain any weight I haven't smoked in 3 months and I'm steadily losing weight and almost at my goal. You will be fine!!! Just stay within your calories for the day :]

I use it instead of bread crumbs to make a "fried" chicken for the kids it's fantastic I found the recipe on pinterest

I have bad knees and I just purchased the lunarglides +4 I believe is what they are and so far so good, I dont recomend airmax's because my bubble popped in them while I was on my 4 mile walk and it sucked big time. Another good shoe that worked well with my knees were the Reebok runtones. Good Luck!
