OK DUMB question...what is Ketosis? I have been trying atkins for a week already and Im down 7 lbs but this ketosis you speak of...WELL Im not sure of it.

OK I started a atkins diet last tuesday 8/13/13 and Im down 7 lbs BUT I am allowing myself 30 carbs a day becasue when I go to low I get major headaches and brain fog ! Im sure I will get bashed for this but when you are young and your skin is pretty the tattoos look awesome but I have seen women in the golden years with the art work from thier youth and it IS NOT attractive anymore. it gets so faded and just looks like dirt. or bruises on the skin ...now keep in mind I too want a tatoo…

Congrats on the weight loss, but have some respect for yourslf, take the almost nude pics down or out them on your facebook ! a picture in a sports bra and shorts could have been much better as far as that goes...good lord a bathing suit would have been better at least cover up some skin !
