I might suggest accepting a few friend requests. It really does help to have a little extra motivation. If you accept a friend and they turn out to be a weirdy it is easy to delete them later. It is fun to see how others are doing!

Move on- but ask yourself "What the hell am I doing with an entire banana bread in the house in the first place"? If it was for a treat-you need to cut it into serving sizes and freeze the rest to make it difficult to eat the whole thing in one sitting. An alcoholic or a drug addict wouldnt have alcohol or drugs hanging…

Take short 5 to 10 minute walks during work 2 or 3 a day.... Use the restroom in the building across the street... park at the farthest parking place.... Get friends on here and stay motivated! You can do this.
