My goal for March is to drop 7 lbs and reach 169. Exercise 5 x's week 35 minutes a day. Eat smaller portions of calorie dense foods Log into MFP daily

Thanks for posting...I'm 5' 1" and weigh 176 right now. I weighed in the 190 in November 2012. I didn't start to log until I got to this website at 186. So, I really find the pics inspiring. Thank you for sharing.

This morning this happened to me....I got on the scale and expected a 176 and looked at 175...got on and off about three times...and thought. Gee, what if I had been 100% on my effort? I was about 85% I thought in my effort to make better choices....and I lost 2 lbs in the week! I logged 176 and will see if it's still…
