  • It has been hard for me to get the weight off even though I've been eating clean and doing classes. So, I've started doing an EXTRA 40 minutes of cardio to help get more weight off. 5 minutes warm up 30 minutes in my fat burn zone (60% -80%) and 5 minute cool down.
