I'm repeating weeks 3 and 4 (of month 1), because I'm going on vacation in 2 weeks and I want my recovery week to be during that time... so, I'll be a few weeks behind everyone starting this week, but I had to figure out a way to not ruin my workout routine, but also enjoy my vacation!!! I think this will work!

I'm feeling the same way... it's so hard to get going, especially if I don't get up and do it first thing in the morning, but once it's over I feel great. Not sure what's up with that... sometimes I watch the INSANITY infomercials (since their own 1000 times a day)... that motivates me to get up and get moving!!

Hi momar74 ... I know how you feel, I'm feeling the same way... next time, I'm definitely going to split those two workouts up. I could barely make it through the Abs workout, plus I kept getting abdominal cramps.... I may repeat it tommorrow (rest day), since today I didn't do so well. I'm looking forward to week three, I…

Chatting here works for me, it is hard to keep up with everyone's wall updates, although I try... My calories are 1800+ and I feel like I'm constantly eating. LOL, I hate that MFP adds back my exercise calories, then it looks as though I haven't eaten anything all day... (net calories) it was very confusing for me…

Absolutely... still on board, finally getting to where I don't feel like I'm going to pass out in the first 2 minutes!! LOL I missed my INSANITY workout yesterday, b/c I was checking out a new gym with my husband, so I just worked out there, but I made up for it today by doing 2 (yesterday and today's workout), so I'm back…

Great question, I was actually having the same issue, trying to understand Net Calories, my daily calorie requirements, as well as reaching my daily caloric intake. I was doing a little research last night and after reading this forum today, I feel like I have a better understanding of it.... I used something called the…

Finished Day 2 - Plyo Cardio Circuit.... @ss has officially been kicked!!! LOL... This workout is no joke, I started out thinking, oh this is cool.... we're just going to repeat the warmup over and over.... NOT!!! By the end my legs were wiggling like Jello... but I did not quit (although I did take a few extra breaks).…

Not a Celtics or a Heat fan, but I would prefer to see the Celtics against OKC in the finals... I guess we'll see! :drinker:

LOL, after attempting that fit test, I realized that I'm more out of shape than I thought!! :embarassed: I'm not sure what the brand is (I'll look when I get home), but I picked it up at Walmart, I bought it a while ago, but it wasn't very expensive, less than $30. There are different varieties, but I have the stopwatch…

SMH! lol, I'm looking forward to officially starting on Monday!! Good Luck Ladies, I plan to check in here daily just to share my experiences and…
