Yes, i was an Fb addict but now MFP is creeping up slowly, and I seem to be spending more time here than FB. The only thing that FB had got over MFP is a like button! A friend of mine said a diet coach told her that every movement burns calories, so Im sure housework and other activities do. She was also told you even burn them in your sleep, so thats good news :)
