Yikes. Honey, maybe you should call your doctor and get a referral to a dietitian. This is going nowhere good for you :(
-
This is legit crazy talk right here. What.
-
Why not eat smaller portions and take an evening walk? You've posted about this once before, and i feel like you got some good advice. Eat a little less than you did last year, and stop stressing.
-
You are gorgeous, and an absolute inspiration to me today!!
-
Because it limits you to 800-1200 calories a day. And doesn't provide adequate protein. Sounds like a solid recipe for disaster.
-
Sorry, I don't have a link, but look through the first few pages of success stories, I think you'll find some good threads :) Good luck, and congrats to both of you on the babies!

If she's genuinely afraid to up her calories than facts and figures might not be enough for her. How long has she been doing this? You might not know the whole story, there could be some disordered eating or ED going on. Sorry that's not really helpful, but I hope your friend nourishes her body :( ETA: or you could just…

You look great, and I'll bet your hubby loved taking those pictures :)

Just think it's weird that your first post in a year had a bb link attached. We're cool if you're really not selling anything. Log your calories, do your exercise, it's a done deal. ETA: checked out that beachbody link- yep, you're a coach. You should be upfront about that when recruiting "friends"
-
You hear that cash money, girl.
-
Advocare or Herbalife? Don't keep us in suspense! ETA: Beachbody. Can't believe I didn't guess that one.

All that comment means is that the person who said it has serious issues, probably about their own body. Wear whatever fits and is comfortable, and when you're out of work wear whatever you damn well please. You look great, and you're doing awesome things for your body- you can clothe it any way you want. *edited for…

Brooks Adrenaline are amazing, I don't have to wear inserts with them, they're just perfect for my PF. ETA: or Danskos if you need professional shoes!
-
What exercise are you going to be doing? If you're running, go to a running store and get fitted, it makes all the difference in the world. Otherwise, you have to go somewhere and try some shoes on. You can then buy the pair you like on Amazon, but do NOT buy shoes you haven't put on your feet. That's how I ended up with a…

I think you answered your own question. Run, swim, keep eating at your moderate deficit or your 5:2. Nobody is going to notice your "wobble" but they will notice if you feel confident and sexy, and that can come from sticking to a plan that you already know is working! I hope your neck and hip feel better soon so you can…

I hate the treadmill, I can only run on it for more than 5 minutes if someone is next to me and I can talk to them. Go outside, it's a totally different experience!
-
You are adorable! Congrats on your success!
-
I adore this! And you look great :)
-
Awesome! I'm so inspired by your success and I know you're going to continue to do great things :)

I think the problem here is your "diet foods/meal plan". There's nothing about holiday food that's incompatible with losing weight. Just eat smaller portions, log everything, and stay near your calorie goal. As for exercise- run in the morning or take an evening walk with family and friends. Do body weight exercises. Do…

Thanks everyone for your kind words, they mean a lot! :)

Please go to this link and find someone to talk to- you are hurting yourself. http://www.nationaleatingdisorders.org/find-help-support

I just put these pics in my own "success" story- but I'll put them here, too, since they're all about my face! September 2012 April 2014

You are amazing, that is so awesome :)
-
This speaks to my soul! When I moved to Chicago I discovered a massive plus-size department at Macys and I thought I was in heaven!! But when I reached 320 pounds, I was starting to size out of their 3X stuff.
-
You look great! It's funny, you can tell you've changed by where your necklace sits :)
-
I can only assume that "bulky" means "hot as ****" in some other language. Then all these "warnings" start to make sense. Amazing job!!
-
Yep, basically all of this!

I hit 320 on my doctor's scale and it just hit me like a ton of bricks. I don't know why I cared that day when I spent years not caring. It was like a switch flipped in my head, and i knew i needed to live differently.

Thank you so much. I've been logging for about 18 months, and that's the thing that worked best for me- logging everything, every day. I eat whatever I want, as long as it fits my macros, get plenty of protein and just keep at it.
