  • Hello, I have FM,Trigeminal Neuralgia, and IBS, I was exercising and feeling great up til July 2012 when I had another stroke like episode. My arthritis doc feels I was exercising too much and now I am not up to doing any because of the constant pain from one or the other. I have not gained any weight, but my diet is poor.…
