  • 30 pounds. People have just started asking me if I have done something different. Or "Have you lost weight"? My mother and my 1 of my daughters noticed after 5 pounds. I think people notice but but are worried the loss may be from sickness or afraid they may be wrong. So they just dont say anything.

  • I am 19 pounds from my original goal, but I am going to add 10 to it so I can be in the mid range of healthy weight for my height and build. So Make it an even 30. YIKES 30 MORE POUNDS! Guess that makes me halfway there ;)

  • Instead of doing most weight lost, maybe do highest percentage of weight lost. Heavier people lose more weight faster and so do men. So a 150 pound person that loses 30 pounds has a bigger percentage of weight lost than 300 pound person that loses 30 pounds. It levels the playing field a little. Does this make sense?
