Mine is open. I range from 1800-2200 calories though. I'm here to track eating/macros while lifting and building muscle. I'm sure I could give you ideas still though!

Done! :)

I'd go for the 6 pack! I squat and deadlift so I can have fierce legs. I don't want slim legs...I want strong legs! :)

My family is always saying I'm too skinny. That's when I flex in their face and say skinny can't have muscles. You just have to find a way to make the uncomfortable question turn into a weird situation. At least it works for me :) In regards to your question, I think it's just a topic starter that people say when they…

Hey! I'm 29 and have a 7 year old daughter. I've been lifting for about two years! I'll send a request! Add me whoever else! Love having fellow lifters on my feed!
-
Yep. Exactly what I was coming on here to say! What exactly are you doing that's boring? I get giddy before each lifting session. Best thing ever!
-
Sounds about right to me. Same thing happened to me after my diagnosis too. Just think about it...you've been consuming something your body is rejecting. Inflaming your insides and ( I know for me) very bloated. Definitely talk to your doctor if you're concerned though!

Awesome work! You should be proud!

I'm turning 30 next month and I really don't think I look 30. I don't think I look young 20's either...but maybe I could pull off 24-26 for a few more years :)

I always get a bowl. Brown rice, pinto or black beans (depends what I'm feeling), veggies, lately chicken (since there hasn't been carnitas because of their supply), lettuce, pico de gallo, and hot salsa. I have a gluten/dairy allergy so no cheese or sour cream. That's pretty much it!

I'm looking for active friends! Not looking to lose weight ( did lose 100 lbs a few years ago thanks to MFP though...so I"ve been there!) but instead make sure I'm eating enough to fuel my lifting.
-
*cracks knuckles* only one way to find out! :)
-
Dancin' time!!

Looking fabulous! You have great eyebrows btw! Love their shape!

Just get in there girl!!! Pop your head phones in and walk in like a boss. Do some research before doing so you have an idea of what you want to do. The stronglifts 5x5 program is a good one to get you back in the weight room and comfortable with the essential movements. Watch videos, practice form, start low and build up…

Feel free to add me! I'm trying to get my list with active friends :) I've been around MFP for years so lots of people have come and gone. Anyone active feel free to add!

I use Sunwarrior's Warrior blend. It's vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. I have a gluten/dairy allergy so it's perfect for me. I've had great results with it!

If no one is willing to help you then youtube will be your best friend! Deadlifts and squats are faves of mine. I have had friends do the 5x5 program to start out. Check out this site http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbinfo.php?page=BeginnerWorkoutPrograms and read, read, read! If no one is willing to help you find a plan…

Squat: 165x5 Deadlift: 200x1 (180x3) OHP: 75x3 Bench: 95x3 I've been lifting weights since last April. So a little over a year. Didn't start this progressive program I'm on until like 4 months ago I think. That's when I really started upping the weights. So this is where I'm at currently..
-
I'm about a year into lifting and just really started upping my numbers in the last 4-5 months. I'm 5'9 and 157 lb. Squat: 165x5, Deadlift 200x1 (175x3), and Bench is 95x3. My goal is just to keep upping the weight. I absolutely love weight lifting and love my progressive program. I hit the 200x1 on deadlift last week and…

I'll be 29 next month. When I was 18 I lost 100 lbs in 8 months by working out and eating right. Gained 80 lbs when pregnant with my daughter and lost all that weight again by eating right and working out. (Found MFP for the last 50 I needed to lose in 2011). Now I just lift and concentrate of strength and building muscle.…

I had that today. Can of tuna, avocado, red bell pepper, onion, and some pepper. I love it!
-
I use Sunwarrior Warrior Blend. I've only bought the chocolate one though. I have a gluten/dairy allergy so it was one of the higher rated ones without allergens in it. I love it!
-
I get this one all the time, "This food just TASTES better! You're lucky you can't eat any of this stuff (sweets, breads, ice cream...)" I have really bad gluten/dairy intolerances so I always get to hear how "lucky" I am that I can't eat the foods that other people find so hard to not shovel into their faces.

Shave...or at least trim. Body hair grosses me out though so I may not be the norm. Hairy chests make me ill. I do like well kept beards though!
-
I'm 28 (for 2 more months but really...who's counting!) and feel free to add me if you'd like! I was on here a few years ago and lost weight and now I've been lifting for over a year and came back on here to make sure I'm eating enough!
-
Hmmmm....I was warming up for an upper body day with a 32lb kettlebell and totally missed when I passed it to my other hand and threw it. That was pretty funny. I was laughing at that and surprisingly not embarrassed. Yours sound way worse though. Falling down the stairs sound painful. Glad you're okay!
-
Okay, you want numbers. My deadlift currently is 170lb and back squat 150 lbs. Get on a progressive program and start lifting! Fun stuff!

I've been lifting for over a year now and I bring a smaller notebook in with me. That way I can track my weight going up and know the plan for each day. Who cares what people think. When I go I am there to lift and kick butt. Not judge someone because they have a notebook.
