Just wanted to say that I have been there and lost 100 lbs (twice actually! Once in 2003 and then in 2008 after I gained an insane amount of weight with my daughter). Not trying to lose weight but if you want to add me feel free! I know what it's like to have to lose that amount and good luck to you! :)

The most I ever weighed was 250. Now I hover between 140-150....NEVER AGAIN will I see that high of a number! Good luck everyone...kick some butt!

How weird..the same thing happens to me! I can't get cucumbers or bell peppers because they give me the worst heart burn in the world. They never give me problems unless it's on a Subway sandwich!

I actually just finished P90X Yoga for the first time about an hour ago. I love Yoga and this one is AMAZING! You will be burning the calories...believe me. Don't downplay it because it is yoga...it was an intense session that will have you dripping sweat! Enjoy it! I love it!

When I had a gym membership I always went by myself. I LOVE going to the gym alone. Blast my music and just kill it!! Whenever I went it was mainly people by themselves with the occasional group of two coming in.

I'm underweight according to that link. I'm a medium body frame at 5'9. I weigh 142. That site you linked says 160-176 is ideal for that. According to BMI I'm normal and don't hit underweight until I hit 125. I love where I'm at right now :)

Tonight I'm making chicken breast with bbq sauce on them on the grill. I'm doing fresh corn and grilled zucchini with it. I'm 5'9 and I started at 250 to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy (June 2008). When I started MFP in early Jan I was 188. I met my goal of 150 last month and I am now 144. Friend me if you'd like!! :) Also, according to BMI you dip into the underweight category once you go lower than 125 for being 5'9!

I'm highly lactose intolerant so I decided to go 100% dairy free because I got sick of being sick and hurting. My diary is public if you'd like to look at what I eat!

I loooove godairyfree.org! I'm dairy free due to a really bad lactose intolerance so it's just easier to be 100% dairy free! Here is a recipe I found just looking on their site: http://www.godairyfree.org/Recipes/Pasta/Macaroni-Cheese-Vegan.html I haven't tried it but it sounds great! Good luck!!
