I wouldn't know as I've never had big boobs lol! BUT I think when the shirt is more fitted on busty girls it makes them look a lot thinner then when they are wearing a high neck, loose shirt and the boobs are holding the shirt out. I had 1 c-section....my cut was one of those low bikini cuts though. What type were yours? My stomach has gone down soooooo much from cardio, cardio, cardio!! Just eat healthy, drink tons of water, watch that sodium, and lots of cardio to burn that fat!

Well, the numbers will differ depending on your items you use but mine comes out to: 130 for the bread 95 for 1 tbsp Peanut Butter 45 for 1 tbsp jelly =270 for the whole sandwich If I do 2 tbsp peanut butter it makes it 365. I keep my cals around 1300 and I have no problem at all eating PBJ's :)

I do PBJ's often for lunches and my numbers are always good! I use Smucker's Simply Fruit jelly and it's 45 cals for a tbsp. I love PBJ's and I often eat them with apples too :) Enjoy it!

I do a lot of frozen or regular grapes, carrots/hummus, raw nuts, apple/peanut butter...different fruits and veggies, air popped popcorn...those are just a few that I can think of :)

I'm a stay at home mom. It was difficult last year when I was finishing up my degree but now it's easy to plan the meals and work out. Plus, my daughter loves 'playing exercise' with me :)

I've been doing a ton of cardio and my tummy has gone down and tightened up sooooo much! I just started doing Jillian Michael's 6 week 6 pack and it's a great workout dvd! It already seems to be helping the tummy even more! Good luck! I know it's a huge pain! OH and I drink a ton of water too!

It's in my signature below but I started here on Jan 3rd at 188 lbs and currently I am 154.4. I started losing weight after I had my daughter in June 2008 and my highest weight then was 250. I was stuck at 188 until I found this site! :) Gave me that extra push and motivation I needed!

I don't eat my exercise calories back. If I did...I'd be eating way too much food. I'm at 1420 calories to meet a day and I range from 1250-somewhere in the 1300's usually. Honestly...I still just drink beer. I love Guinness and it honestly isn't that many calories. Plus, you only need one or maybe two of a dark beer or a microbrew type compared to what you'd be drinking of that watery gross kinda.
