  • Yes! Siracha is so good in tuna!! I do that a lot too.
  • Tuna, a few marinated artichokes (the marinated artichoke oil adds to the tuna to moisten it up a bit to stick), lemon juice, and pepper...yummmm! Or just mustard, celery, red onion, bit of avocado..yummy! I like eating my tuna salad on those Wasa whole grain crackers. Really good!
  • I have small boobs no matter what weight I am. Biggest my boobs ever got was a 38B when I was pregnant with my daughter. Now I'm back in my 36 A's...and probably will get to a 32 or a 34 A when I'm done. I actually don't like boobs at all and when I had larger ones I felt like they were strangling me!! I'll take my small…
  • Guess I should have said Guiness Draught Stout is 120 calories for 12 oz :)
  • Guiness Draught Stout is 120 calories for 12 oz.....yummmmmmmm A glass of wine isn't bad either!! I would look up calories depending on what you prefer to drink and make a list of the drink and calorie content so you know!
  • I alway order a footlong Veggie Delight on wheat with mustard and add avocado. Veggies I get are spinach, tomato, green bell, cucumbers, red onion and pepperchinis...sometimes jalapenos. :) Love it!
  • I lost 111 lbs after I graduated high school in 2003. I went from 250 to 139. I had loose skin on my stomach and arms from losing that much weight but it wasn't bad at all. As long as exercise is in the mix it'll make that loose skin tighten up. If you drastically loose the weight due to strict diet and no exercise it will…
  • I am dairy free as well due to my horrible lactose intolerance that showed up after I had my daughter. Even though it's not an allergy I still avoid anything with dairy, casein, whey proteins...all that....I've been doing this since the first of the year after getting tired of feeling horrible and sick all the time and I…
  • I like making my own apple chips. Sprinkle a little cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on them and put them in the oven...super good!!
  • Just work out and follow your calories per day. Don't cut calories to "make up" what you overate. Just get back on track, stick with it, and work out!! Good luck!
  • Great job!! Those are like 400 and something calories so you really saved yourself from monster calories!! Keep up that great work!
  • I know what you mean! I get annoyed because I'm totally doing the moves and then I start experimenting to see what will make it pick up my moves and it's totally not how you should be doing the move! I'm so glad I bought this one, the personal training is an amazing workout too...totally kicks my butt! What other Kinect…
  • Seriously...it's totally exercise!! I lost 5 pounds after a weekend Vegas trip last year. I drank alcohol but ate pretty healthy though but we danced for HOURS both Friday and Saturday nights. Totally a freaking workout I tell you!
  • I've had it since early last month and I love it. I do the cardio boxing on there more then any of the other ones and I love it. The Platinum Cardio boxing workout you have to download is SUCH a great workout. The Bollywood dance one is too! I've been seeing results because I've been using this game, walking, and EA active…
  • I know don't you love it?! I was just watching one of the Crunch ones to see if it was any good for a workout...I have those Self ones in my instant too! I like those ones!
  • I take out 100 every Monday and go shopping with that. It's like a game for me :) I am buying for a family of 3; my husband, myself, and my 2 1/2 year old daughter. So some months are 500 and some months I spend 400 just depending on the weeks. Plus, I have extra cash at the end of the month because I never spend the full…
  • Mine is open to the public if you'd like to look! Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like too!
  • I made Salmon, roasted red potatoes, and roasted broccoli with smashed garlic cloves...SO yummy!!
  • I'm 5'9 as well and sounds like we may be built very similar. I was 250 when I delivered my daughter and wearing a size 20. Lost all that weight over a year ago and was at 180 and in a size 14. I started MFP at 188 and am down to 178 and still in a 14 but they are loose. At my thinnest a few years ago I was 139 and in a…
  • After I graduated college last April, I started concentrating on all the things I've been wanting to do and learn. I bake/decorate cakes and cupcakes...that was so fun teaching myself and making my own fondant/working with fondant....everything. I do all the family and some of my friend's birthday cakes and…
  • LOL....this so made me gag and think of crunchy peanut butter...I can't eat it because when I was younger my older brother learned how many bugs actually are allowed into foods, especially peanut butter, so I can't eat the crunchy kind because the nuts remind me of bugs!!
  • You just need to remind yourself what your end goal is. Figure out the calories and figure out how much you can enjoy (if you'd like) and use willpower to keep it to that. Maybe buy your own healthier popcorn to substitute for your roommates popcorn when you find yourself wanting some?? Or throw it away/over salt the heck…
  • mmmm I second this!! This is similar to what I would have said!
  • Wow! You look amazing! Great work! You should be SO proud!
  • I made the plan to do something similar over the weekend. I'm not weighing myself until Valentines Day and then after that the last day of Feb. I plan to start doing that from now on...only twice a month..otherwise I become obsessive! Good luck!
  • Totally in!! I'm not weighing in again until Valentines Day though but I love this idea! Thanks!! Weigh in weeks: Jan 3rd: 188 (Starting) 10th: 17th: 24th: 31st: 178 Feb 7th: 14th: 21st: 28th: Mar 7th: <<<Hoping to be in 160's>>> 14th: 21st: 28th: Apr 4th: <<<Hoping to be in 150's>>> 11th: 18th: 25th: << >>
  • Great job!!! You look amazing and you should be so proud of all your hard work!!
  • Guinness!!! 120 calories and YUM!!! Or wine :)
  • Great job on planning ahead!! Red Lobster has lots of healthy options on their Lighthouse Menu...love it! I agree watch those biscuits! I use to love them and now I can't eat them since I can't eat dairy anymore. Glad that temptation was put to rest because those biscuits are fantastic! Enjoy your night out!!
  • You can look at mine and feel free to add me! I'm on 1200 calories a day and I don't eat dairy products so those products won't be in there.
