I wear my heart rate monitor every time I exercise. It tells me how many calories I burn for whatever activity I do. I log it under cardio with the exact number of calories burned.

I like juicing because I get veggies that I wouldn't normally eat. But I HATE cleaning that darn juicer!!! Also don't like that you can't like make a whole pitcher of juice and store it. I do like smoothies, but just don't do it as often. :ohwell:

This is very true!!! Your level of effort varies based on many different factors such as how much you like the song, how you feel, what sort of mood you're in, whether your body aches, etc. The HRM measures your level of effort/how hard you're working, whereas the websites and calculators can't do that.
