Completed Week 5 Day 2 today. Wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Next workout is the 20 minute run. I'm definitely going to take that one slow and steady. Great job getting your running in everyone!

I felt the same way until I started c25k free. Now I actually look forward to my runs. The key is that it's not that difficult to run when the run is split up with walking intervals.

I'm on week 3 day 2. Right now my sore right knee needs to rest but I plan to get back to jogging tomorrow if it feels better. Feel free to add me!

Hi! I lost a bunch a weight due to medication and have now switched to medication that is making me gain weight. So I can definitely understand the up and down weight struggle. I also have a bad back and bad knees. So I can definitely relate. Feel free to add me, as I always welcome supportive friends and like to give…

My belly is still a little squishy but the overall shape is a lot flatter. I do pushups, crunches, squats, jogging, and the occasional yoga/pilates routine. These exercises really helped build my abdominal muscles to create a better looking stomach area. Now to really see the results I just have to lose a few pounds lol.…

feel free to add me, I'm always open to new friends :)

I (almost) always eat over 1200 calories. I usually eat around 1300. My diary is open to friends so feel free to add me! I exercise for about 30 minutes and eat back those calories. That helps a lot for staying over 1200.

I've always used the same electronic scale. No idea what brand it is. I find that weighing myself with just the one scale definitely saves my sanity. It helps that I weight myself at the same time every day, too - always in the morning before I eat. What you should really be paying attention to, though, is your…

Cut out all the junk food. For me that meant candy, cookies, and cake. If you're a soda drinker then it's time to wean yourself off. Also be cautious of calories in other drinks, too. Those coffee drinks from fast food places pack a ton of calories with all the cream and sugar they put in them. For the exercise part, start…

Seconding those who said greek yogurt and hummus. I like to dip the petite carrots in the roasted pine nut hummus. Very tasty! And a simple apple or a handful of berries will do just fine.

I just started and am logging on every day. I love the support and motivation from all the members! Feel free to add me!

I started a couple days ago. I added you and the rest of the people who posted. Just looking for some positive comments and support as well :)

I've been doing reps of pushups, situps, squats and lunges to get my body more "fit" looking and so far it is going great. I can definitely see more definition and less fat. Now that the weather is better I'm going to try adding running into my routine. P.S. - don't worry about bulking up too much unless you are lifting…

I'm 24 and looking to lose that last bit of stubborn fat on my stomach and thighs. I'm a beginner to using this site even though I made the account a while ago so feel free to add me!

I really like this idea as well. Once I get a steady income I will put it in as part of my routine. In the meantime, just the endorphins from the workout are my reward. And the change in shape of my body :) I have some inspirational quotes on pinterest for working out - my favorite is "'I regret that workout'" - said no…

Hi, I'm also suffering from anxiety and depression and will definitely add you. I'm trying to get in shape to feel good inside and out and would love new friends to encourage me to eat well and exercise. I will return the encouragement as well :)

I'm trying to get out of the "skinnyfat" zone myself. I've definitely gained muscle from doing all different kinds of crunches, planks, lunges, squats and pushups. But now I also have fat on me and would like to cut down to a lower weight to achieve the looks I want. I will certainly try some of the suggestions in this…
