I would love to know as well. Today was my 1st TF workout and I loved it. I have 2 weeks left of my ChaLean Extreme/Insanity hybrid and am thinking of swapping some of the Insanity workouts for TF. I love CLX so will probably do a hybrid or doubles of that with TF. I hope TF does the trick for you Amy! :smile:

I have been wondering the same thing so I decided to ask my fitness coach. This was his response & I'm trying it out. Seems simple enough! "I am less and less looking at ratios. What I am following is 1 gram of protein per lb of goal weight, 30% fat, and the remainder of my calories from carbs."
