Did it!!! I can't believe it, looking back two months ago, actually ran 3 miles three times this week. Inspired to build up to 20 miles per week over the summer, adding a mile a week (and dropping a pound a week!), that's the plan, anyway. :happy:

Seaweed. You can get it at Costco or in some grocery stores. It is delicious. Also one or two dried figs.

20 jumping jacks, in place, at the desk. If you have to stay seated, then just do the arm part. Plus a glass of water and some roasted seaweed (seriously).
