I only got mine Christmas day but I think its a really good way to track my daily activity! I like that it adjusts my MFP calories if I haven't been active enough to meet my proposed deficit!

I got one for Christmas too and have been having some problems. Every time I change my goals i.e. calories per day, steps per day etc, after a few hours it will reset itself to the standard amount, i.e. 10000 steps etc. How do I stop it from doing this?

Sounds like you're doing great :) I think 3lbs is about right when you first start. It may slow a little from here on, but you're definitely on the right path.

I usually have around 150-250 cals for breakfast and lunch is around 400-500 with the remaining 650ish for dinner :)

I agree. I find it quite funny that people have such strong opinions. Correct me if i am wrong, but we can't all be fitness and nutrition experts or else we wouldn't be on here to try and lose weight in the first place?

Eat a Banana! It supposedly reduces your sodium intake and reduces bloating.
