I've always found my Fitbit Surge really effective for tracking what I need and a few of my friends who also play professional roller derby use Fitbit too.

I'm 25, I lost about 50lbs using MFP a few years ago and have just sat around the same weight. Now i'm really into running I realise I need to shift another 20lbs if possible to get quicker. Feel free to add me :)

This is basically my aim (21.5lbs) but i'm giving myself until June 19th as this is when I go on holiday :)

Hey Amy, I have completed 3 Tough Mudders now since this post! Good luck with your training :)
-
Hey, i'm 25/F/UK. I'm 5ft5 and 73kg with 10 left to lose. Feel free to add me :)

200lbs :( Down to 159 but has taken several years to keep it down and still have a way to go.

One of them is coming pretty soon (can't remember which), the other two are 2015.

My boyfriend bought a vivosmart after seeing my Fitbit flex (he wanted Garmin as it matched his connect). Sent it back after a day and got a Fitbit flex as it wasn't tracking steps properly and the dashboard on the app was so unclear. The band itself is better than my Fitbit as it has an additional clasp to ensure it will…

I've only lost 40 and I'm flipping freezing in November... Can't wait till January! Haha.

#Trolling - these threads are stupid and boring now.

Which FB do you have? I just double tap mine for sleep mode. All alarms need to be set through the app or online.

Hello! I'm based in Milton Keynes/Bath and am just trying to keep motivated to lose my last 19lbs. Feel free to add me. I'm also a FitBit user - Which one do you have?
-
I have scanned through this entire thread for everyone who is 5"5 and the most common GW seems to be 140 so this is what I will aim for :) My first mini goal is 150 (breaking into the normal BMI). I started at 200lbs and now 159lbs!

I signed up during the flash sale as well as it can be quite expensive! So looking forward to it

Wow, you work two jobs and run that much?! No one really has the excuse not to in that case, I thought I was tired enough from the one! You sound very motivated so I'm sure you will get there with your running plan!
-
Thank you :) You should go for it, have you done anything like that before?
-
Thank you :) It will be a massive challenge for me, which is why it's May next year! A few years ago I could literally not do 1 minute running so I definitely haven't started out the best. I have a long way to go still, seeing as the furthest I am yet to run without stopping is 3.5miles! Staci, are you using the Bupa…

Feel free to add me Burnsie :)
-
Go for it Matt :)
-
I'm back for the third time and have been going strong a month now!
-
Go for it :) anyone welcome
-
I've got 11lbs to get to my first goal, could also do with the encouragement :)
-
Feel free to add me. I finished university a year ago but I did lose my first 32lbs whilst I was there!
-
Hey, i've literally just got to 159 this week and am looking to do the same goal wise - Feel free to add me :)
-
Good job so far! Feel free to add me, we seem to have pretty similar start weights and goals!
-
2nd time for me, time to lose a bit more! I have been dedicated to this for a month this time around! Feel free to add me :)
-
Feel free to add me, all my friends seem to have bailed on me haha. I have about 8 left!
-
If you are working that hard then I think the question would be what are you eating? Have you adjusted this now that you've lost so much weight?
-
If you can do 20 minutes (despite it not being constant), then I think you are way past C25k in terms of fitness levels/running ability. I think you should just keep doing it how you're doing it until you eventually get back to a solid 20 minutes.
