I feel so dumb but I thought I was 5'7" ever since I was in high school until like 3 days ago when I measured my height to find out the exact Centimetres. Anyways, I'm 5'6".
This is all post-baby.

In high school I was always 140-150, but I shot up to 170 in my first year of University and haven't been lower than that since. I even made it up to 233 before I realized I wanted to be in better shape to have children. It took me 8 months to drop to 175 and then I got pregnant and gained a bunch back. My son is even better motivation now to not go back to our lots-of-fast-food days.0 -

I have scanned through this entire thread for everyone who is 5"5 and the most common GW seems to be 140 so this is what I will aim for
My first mini goal is 150 (breaking into the normal BMI). I started at 200lbs and now 159lbs!0 -

I think if I went any lower, I would look ill. I carry my weight quite well. Plus, I will start lifting very soon, so it is more about a loss of fat and inches, rather than weight loss.0 -

My initial goal is 135lbs. I'd ultimately like to get back to around 120lbs before I get pregnant at the end of next year.0 -

I was as low as 185 and maintained for two years. This past year I gained 20 lbs. Been a rough year. I use food for comfort. I am very active, calories in vs calories out....refocus, I am excited about using this site. I have started this so many times. But working at it daily. One day at a time! Sweet Ja-suz!0 -

No GW, but I'd like for my waist to be around 26-27". Right now I'm at 28. So maybe 10 more lbs?0 -

I personally think 115 is a bit much for someone your height. When I was 128 I was too skinny. You're life, do what you want.
because you have exactly the same shape and body fat percentage as she does? it varies widely based on these inputs. i'm 5'4" and am 107 lbs and am fine. I was fat when I was over 140. Do you realize that according to BMI, 145 is the borderline of overweight for that height? Maybe you're fine due to body fat percentage, but it's likely that so is someone at 5'4" and 115.
107 at 5'4"? Dang!
I was actually close to a size 14 pants when I was 140, so a lower weight just works better for me than probably most people. If I get unlazy and gain muscle, that might change, but even without that, most people aren't close to a size 14 at 5'4" and 140. I think it's mostly due to my wide frame and the fact that I gain all my weight in my lower half. Much happier being a size 2 now.0 -

Goal 120
I was in prime health at 110 but I want a little fat to fill in the wrinkles lol.
Extreme's aside, there's no one weight fits all. Different body frames and muscle mass contribute to different weight balance. What might be shockingly light for one person is perfectly healthy for another.0 -
I'm 5,1
CW: 134 LBS
GW: 119 LBS or when I am happy with how I look/feel :-)0 -

I know what you mean. I'm like a 5'3" guy who is stout whenever I am 130+. I think I'm in my mid-130s right now.0 -
I'm 5'5'', currently at 11st 1lb, goal weight 10st. I'm pear-shaped and carry most of my fat around my hips and lower belly, so I may decide to drop a few more pounds after I reach my goal, depending on how I feel my hips are looking. Still waiting (hoping!) for my boobs to shrink a bit.0
