  • Carrots and grapes are on my list as well. Another is Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal (dry)...organic and very high in fiber. Other things I tend to munch on that keep me satisfied are roasted, unsalted almonds and celery. Hope this helps!
  • I hear you! I had to cut artifical sweetners out of my diet, so when I nixed the diet soda I went to regular soda. I didn't drink soda religiously in the first place, but nevertheless those calories add up quickly.   • Feel free to add me! I am trying to kick some bad habits (the worst one: candy) for my new year's and life resolution. It helps to have people get on my case when I am bad about my snacks :-)
