I use to be 320 lbs, 5'3'' and had the gastric by pass 4 years ago. I got down to 178. Recently I gained 20 lbs so I am determined to get back down. The new jeans it seems are made smaller, then they were use too. However when I buy them at Macy's or places like that I always wear a smaller size.
