  • You should be taking at least one day a week off. Your body needs that rest to recover. Cardio stresses the body too and that recovery is needed. And your body uses energy to repair so its good. I find that I can work out harder the other six days with rest one day.

Chips for instance don't fit nicely into a measuring cup so if you fill it all the air in the cup is lost chips. I weigh anything that doesn't fit tightly into a cup.   • I Gaines a couple the first five days but by day eight was down five so the start can be rough but hang in there it gets more consistant as the month goes on
