For 13 months I weighed every single day.... measurements at least every 2 weeks or so.. Then Friday I came to Texas to visit my hubby for a week and purposely left my scales and measuring tape at home!! It's still a long time until Saturday morning!!

I get that a LOT!!! Like someone else said, where were all the comments when I was ballooning to 264 pounds?? Now that I am a healthy and fit 149 all I hear is you need to eat (I do), you are too skinny, you don't need to lose anymore weight, the worst, you are gonna blow away!! I had lost 112 pounds and still had belly fat. Everywhere else was nearly skin and bones! I have lost only 3 more pounds but it is finally my stomach that is going. So I totally agree that the stomach is the last to go! Keep up the good work!

My first full mile was 19:10!! I finally got down to 11:20 after 2 months and ran my first 5K race last Saturday in 33:42 which was much better than I thought I could do!! On daily runs I average 11/11:30 mile..

Shredded cheese has potato starch also and it has never caused a problem for me.. I've been low carb for over a year..

It's no better on the other end either!! I have lost 114 pounds in the last year and I hear constantly "you're going to blow away"... it makes me so mad!!! Like mad enough that the next person says it is gonna catch it!!! I weigh 150 pounds, I am not gonna freaking blow away!!!

I had mine removed 10 years ago at 25 along with a complete hysterectomy done through my c-section scar and my appendix removed.. No problems at all. I did have to stay in the hospital a couple days because of the hysterectomy but healed well.. I have no issues from not having a gallbladder! Good luck!

At 5'8 I weigh 153 and a size 4.. the chart I go by says 121-165 which is a big difference but that 144 is recommended. . That is actually the number I was already aiming for.. but at around 160 I don't think I looked fat either..

It sounds like you may need to up your protein in general.. I am 5'8 and eat over 100 grams a day.. I exercise hard 6 days a week and do it in a fasted state with no problems..

No need.. I lift every day, run every day and sometimes walk 2-3 miles in addition to running all in a fasted state and do great with it!
