Im in the same Boat :/ My Mrs has read all the Greys, and now moved on to some of the most disgusting, wet, vial, hot, and indecent, books she can find. Its becoming a nasty habit. THEN, when I get home from work, she makes me sit there while she reads out the WORST parts!! :/ Its F***ing awesome!

Simply No. On an average day I have 1-2 bananas and up to a 1/2 - 1 kg of Watermelon/Rockmelon/Green Grapes.

Absolutely everything. I hate the days i really go over though...i tend not to hit that 'Complete' button so it doesn't show on my wall lol. But its for my own record, and my own benefit by logging everything. How are we to learn if we aren't true to ourselves?

I go over almost every weekend by at least, if not more than 1000cals, and continue to drop weight. Be good to yourself for the most part, and I find the body treats you with the same respect.

Lol @ the Balloons.. I weigh every night before my shower to see how my body reacts to food and activities. Just gives me an idea how my body goes about its day. My weigh in is Saturday mornings.

For fruit I make Smoothies. Or cut up and mix with Greek Yoghurt. I've always loved Vegetables, but you could try a sprinkle of 'Vegeta' on them while cooking. Or grate them all up and make fritters, with onion, a dash of nutmeg..some garlic...yum!
