I try to make up for it, but just starve in the process, and end up binging again. Better to cut my losses and move on. As long as its only once..maybe twice a week, and the remainder of my week is good, I find I still lose weight.

Used to, but I don't even log it any more. I burn well over 1000cal most days...probably more, but just stick to my allocated diet ( try to :/ ) and I'm losing more than i was when i was logging it. Thats me though, different for everyone.

Don't get all worked up about the sugar. I eat loads upon loads of Grapes, Bananas, watermelon by the kilo..strawberries.. My sugar is through the roof, but my calorie intake is fine, and thats what matters. Dont over complicate it. Eat what you like, and just make sure you stay near your daily goal.

I sabotage myself every weekend..always intend not to, but hey, *&#% happens...every weekend. Be good to yourself during the week and you should come out on top.

Every night before my shower just to learn how my body fluctuates. My weigh in is Sat or Sun Morning tho. Regardless if its higher or lower.

The same as the previous post. Try an app like Runtastic or Runkeeper, and add the weight onto your normal weight.

I over ate 2 days this week by 2000odd calories..but the remainder was within my limits, thus lost weight. You will be fine.

Well that would be what i used to eat.. Breakfast : 3-5 Large Coffees with milk and up 2-3 Sugars, or/and FUIC, FUIC. Lunch: Hot Dog with the Lot (Have been known to have 2) :blushing: ... Chocolate Doughnut, FUIC. Dinner: Pizza, Spaghetti..but most of my dinners wernt actually that bad..Stir Frys, Strog, Crockpot...…
