I can relate! From 2013-14 I lost 50+lbs (close to 60) and from 2014-15 I slowly gained back 40 of it! SOOOO mad at myself, and I know I am the one to blame. In 2013 I lost 60lbs, for the majority of 2014 I have maintained that with the exception of the last 3 months I have gained back approx. 15lbs sooooo in 2015 first of all I would like to lose those 15lbs I have recently found by March... and then go from there.
