Congratulations! I was dreading it too and googled every C25K, W5D3 comment I could find....I read lots of things that said, "trust the programme, you can do it" and it seems to be right doesn't it? It seems like such a jump but you're obviously ready for it. Good luck with finishing the programme.

When I started here I had size 16 Fat Face jeans and size 10 Gap jeans.....but it was the fact that the Gap jeans were becoming impossible to wear that made me wind up round here! So, I'd say Gap 10s are a bit like a UK 15. But one style to another varies too.

I do this. On non run days - once a week I go to the gym and walk fast on a steep incline for about 45 mins - then have a swim. I do a bit of Just Dance 2 on the wii but that about fills any available time.

Why not give it a go and see how you get on? I started it last summer and got bad knees.....I'm on week 3 now and so far so good. You can always stop and try again in a few months! What have you got to lose?
