• I will definitely have a go at increasing my water intake I think. I do drink water but probably not enough and I don't track it....so I guess it's worth a go. Thank you.
• Thanks for your response - I did wonder (hope) it could be that.....as I've been doing C25K but I've also read it takes longer than 3 weeks for muscles to form....not sure!
• I was thinking that too! What kind of peanut butter sandwich did you get for 100 cals and can I have one?
• Hi, I just finished week 2 today. I agree with the pp...I think I would just try again, and try again rather than changing the pattern of walks and runs. Just try and do what you can, and if you need to walk, then walk...but only move onto week two once you have done three clear goes of week one. This is my second go at…

• Well done for starting! I just finished week 2. I've been logging it as 20 minutes walking (whatever speed you think suits) and 9 minutes (or 8 for week 1) of running (slowest speed available!!).
• Hi, I've been here since January and am a daily user (except when I had a two week vacation!). Welcome, and feel free to add me! Sue
• Hi Jennifer, Welcome and good luck! It really helps with motivation to have some MFP friends, so feel free to add me if you like. I've been here since January and love MFP! Sue
• Hi and welcome! Feel free to add me as a friend - I find my MFP friends are really motivational....it is great to log on each day and see how your friends are losing weight and all the exercise they are doing....it makes you want to join in!! Sue
• Hi Lucy, Feel free to add me as a friend - I'm here every day logging everything! I've been here since January and have lost 21lbs so far. Good luck! Sue
• SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL = 5546 VAMPIRE WEEKEND = 5177 BIG GIRLS = 3335 Hey! it's the taking part, right?!
• I'll try and get my scores on here by this evening. But feel free to announce a winner before I do because I won't be anywhere close to the winning scores, lol!
• I just made something similar to that for dinner tonight - but used lime juice, soy sauce and taco seasoning (mixed in a bowl, not a bag), roasted in oven then they went in taco shells. Nice!

• Chickpea, tomato and corn curry! I've made this a few times and it's lovely! It's been popular with my meat eating husband and children too! http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=16849.0

• I've got the Get Running app and I love it! It has a nice friendly voice telling you when to run, when to walk etc and she tells you when you have 15 seconds to go! You can play your music at the same time and the voice just comes in over the top. Nothing not to like!
• Here are my scores: Monster Mash = 3432pts Satisfaction = 6740pts Soul Bossa Nova = 6022pts I'm rubbish, but it's fun!
• No, I didn't but my legs and feet were telling me they were being overused! I also wondered if the non stop exercise combined with the more than usual eating helped shake up my metabolism a bit?
• Thanks for that...some nice sounding ideas there!

• This isn't exactly answering your question because I can't help with exact places but I just thought I tell you that I have just got back from a 2 week vacation to Disneyland and other places in California and I didn't put on any weight at all. A few times where we went to a restaurant with calories on the menu I made a…
• My 'quote' went wrong!
•
These should be good for you because they are the less technical ones. Just keep trying them (think, altogether, they will take less than 15 mins to complete!).
I just explained your challenge to my 8 year old son and told him your scores compared to our feeble attempt yesterday and he said to me...."well…
• I'm 5'3" and my initial goal is 141 as that gets us into healthy BMI. After that my goal is 135lbs - I will see how I feel when I get there though (I'm 145 now). The lowest I have ever been is 125 and that felt (and looked when I look back on pictures) really small for me and not easy at all to maintain. I also think at 39…
• Hi - Can I join you guys? I re-started the C25K programme today. I started it last summer but stopped when we went on holiday and then never re-started....I think I was on week 5 or 6. So, 20 lbs lighter I thought I'd start again in the hope it might be easier (I was getting sore knees last time). I did week 1, day 1 today…
• Right, I am going to join you now with this but as my JD2 is new and I've only had a few goes (haven't done all the songs yet) I will be here to provide some extremely low scores to make everyone else feel superior  I was getting in the 6000s when I did it yesterday! Oh dear.
• I weigh myself every day but I only record my weight on here once a week (on Tuesdays)....and only then does it become my *real* new weight!
• Yum, thanks for posting - sounds like it would make a nice lunch.
• I I'm always happy to have some more friends! I'm here every day and love the support from friends.
• Yes! I've been here since Jan and seem to be falling deeper and deeper into the addiction hole! I guess it's better than a food addiction though.
• Hi and Welcome to MFP! Good luck with your weight loss - feel free to add me as a friend - I find it is really helpful to have supportive friends cheering you along your way

• Hello and welcome! There is obviously *something* inspirational about being 39 isn't there?! (I am too) I recommend getting a team of friends on here (feel free to add me) - it is good to see other people exercising and losing weight on your news feed - good for motivation when you feel that everyone else is succeeding.…
