If i didn't weight train as vigorously, I would probably just limit it to 2 shakes a day - preferably 1 when i wake and another right after the gym. GL

Everyday is OK in my book. JK. A few scoops is going to set you back about 200-300 calories. Not too bad, just gotta make sure you do extra cardio tonight lol.

Get off your butt and take a stroll outside! That usually does it for me and it burns a few calories in the process - win win. Cheers

2 servings of your favorite cereal and 8 oz of 1% fat milk. Do that every morning and you should be good! That's a convenient problem to have... to be honest.

This is a lifestyle change (long-term), not a phase (short-term). The sooner you accept that, the better off you'll be! Taking a week off (or 2) helps alot... just make sure to come back - lol. Cheers

Eyeball method is the worse tool to measure food. One neat trick I use to overcome plateaus is to cycle your carb intake. Ex: Day 1 High carb Day 2 drop by 50-100 grams Day 3 drop by another 50-100 grams Or play around with the numbers to see how you feel/react. GL!

That sounds like a good problem to have.... I wish I had that problem. Try doubling up on everything you're currently eating. That's the easiest short term solution. Next step is incorporating variety to your diet. GL
