here is an odd one or two 1) put on old sports bra this morning.... lets just say it was not exactly supportive any more ( not sure i wanted to lose weight there) 2) I had to tighten my earring backs . They are the screw on kind .... how do you lose weight in your earlobes?

I agree with the caffeine. Not that beign addicted to caffeine is good ( i too am an addict) but the sodas kill your day. Drink some tea......

I am 5'3.5 and my goal right now is 140. Then we will see. I wanted to keep it realistic. 140 is what I was when i first realized i was starting to gain too much. I might go for 130 after i get there....
