I eat after my morning walk..... otherwise i feel sort of ill the whole time.

I had one that I hope to use again... he was nice but firm during our sessions and followed up to make sure I was doing well everyday and following my diet and cardio routines on the days i didnt see him for strength training. That is obscene that they made fun...... i would waste my time or money.

Ususall in the mornings.... but i do it twice. Once when i get up and am nakid. then i do it again after get home from my walk before i take a shower... there seems to be a 2 lb difference.....

Sue.... how did you know.... I NEVER wear shoes unless i have to. I get a pedicure once a week and he scrubs them good.... i just noticed this week i had one on the other heel too. SUPERGLUE... might not be medically sound with actual super glue but they glued my last csection together so there must be something to it...…
