THIS because they are injured (all the little tears that working them causes), it's part of the healing process. the same thing happened to me when I started the 30 day shred.

I'm in a position where I wont be able to log while im on vacation. We'll be gone for 2 weeks and will be in another country so I dont know what kinds of foods will be available.

Dogs are great companions and work out partners! I have a dachshund, and while his legs may be too short to take for long walks or a short run, he loves going to bike rides in his trailer!

Well, we are flying into Gatwick, spending 2 days in London, then driving North up to Scotland and then back down. We haven't completely mapped out our itinerary yet. I think were going to drive up the east coast then back down the west.

I love love love seltzer with lemon and lime, but I don't count it as my 8 glasses of water. My experience with plain water has been the more you drink it the more your body will crave it.

I'm sorry, I don't have an answer to your question. However I am curious because I'm having knee issues as well. Mine are more of the popping/grinding variety, and my Dr has advised me not to run anymore (but I really want to).

I eat out almost everyday. Most chain restaurants post their calorie contents online (I actually think a law passed mandating it). It's all about being prepared, and sticking to the plan. :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
