Hi, I am looking to loose 25 lbs. by May of 2013. I have recently joined a gym. I plan on going 6x a week. M-Th. Chest, Back, Abs. Tues. and Fri. Shoulders, Upper Arms, & Forearms, and Wed. & Sat. Thighs, Calves, & Lower Back. I will also be on Treadmill 30 min a day Mon.-Sat. I am trying to balance my calories, nutrients…
