I dunno...mine is at 1370 right now. On most days I am doing 500 calories or more worth of cardio, bringing me up to an 1900 to 2000 threshold, but then I just eat 1000 to 1100 anyways. I dont have cheat days, I have free days. A day labeled as cheat makes me feel like I am doing something wrong. A day labeled as free means that I have worked solidly for a bit and I need time off. Someone had posted a similar recipe with no oil added, but bananas in it and some baking soda. I made them last weekend. They were phenomenal and guilt free. I mixed some raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries with a tablespoon of vanilla yogurt to top it.

I eat fruits every day. Berries are big with me right now. Apples too. I dont care about going over on my sugar. No processed sugars for me, so I dont think it is a bad. I was sweating it for a little bit, but fruits are so good for you. I will deal with the consequences.

Morning...morning workouts do so much for you. They flip a switch and set you up for a successful day. They prevent daily obstacles from shutting it down. Enjoy your trip. Have fun. It is a week of extensive walking. Eat things you will remember. Just know when to say when and what to pass on.
