Try having Casien protein powder shake before bedtime. Its slow digesting so it will also help keep your metabolism going while keeping lean muscle growth. I try to take the casien shake at 9pm at the latest also.

I would try and change up your workout. I like to change mine up and use HIIT (high intensity interval training) for my cardio and with my weightlifting days. I think that with you doing 30 min workouts that HIIT would be great for you. Here is a website i used for HIIT training ideas.…
