Always different for different people but for me i try to eat every two hours, small healthy meal like fruit and a small amount of cheese or granola or veggies for snack a max of 400 calories on snack items during the day. I save most of my calories for meals. But like i said you could be different and there are some…

The only way for me to stop myself from binge eating after i get home from work at 4 is stay out after work , go to the gym or the store, anything but go home to an empty house full of food! as long as i stay out till 5 or keep myself busy i stay in control

water weight will only fluctuate your actual weight by a few pounds not stop someone from continuing to loose fat so the water pill wont actually do anything healthy for you.
