I like to eat Yves Ground veggies/tofu. I fry it up in a pan just like ground beef/turkey and add in some water and gravy mix as well as lots of veggies. I have it with noodles or rice. If you have a different sauce, like teriyaki, would be good with it too and make lettuce wraps.

Love the arch trainer! I hurt my knee a year ago and this machine doesn't make me feel any pain in it at all! Love how you can go from a glider to like a stepper all in one machine! Agreed with nytdreamer80, I am hooked on this machine now! Good luck! :)
