I saw in other topics that people say that if your tea is caffeinated then your not suppose to add it as water... but if your tea has no caffeine then you can add it. I think cause the caffeine actually dehydrates you then hydrates you.. maybe someone knows more on this and could elaborate more...

That happened to me today as well, one of the guys brought in lemon cupcakes his wife made.. but I know she isn't a homemade baker and most likely used the Duncan Hines box one..but other then that, I usually put in the generic option. I cringe when I see what the calories are and always wanna pick the lower calorie one..…

I've been eating the Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars.. 220 cals, 12g fat, 22g carbs (net carb is 2) and 16g of protein. I like them so far.

I'm 5'6" and my CW is 142lbs... my GW is 135lbs and I'm finding it the hardest time ever just to get under 140!! I'm just being patient and I know it will start to go down.

Me and my boyfriend weigh in day is Tuesday morning. We picked this day because that's when the Biggest Loser is on. lol We have a "last chance workout" Monday nights as well. Makes it fun for us!

Ya I'm 5'6" and now weigh 143... I'm trying to get back to at least 135lbs, It would be nice to get under 130. That's where I was at before I had my knee injury in a soccer game in September. I'm finding it hard to get back to my pre-injury weight, but surely yet slowly a pound a week it's coming off! This site does work…

Wow! That's just too funny! I had a good laugh at that. I mostly drink tap water cause its free and taste fine to me. As long as it's cold, its all good. :) It's amazing how marketing and design can make something seem so much better then it really is!
